Thank you to all who participated in this year’s election. We received 62 ballots, falling just short of the 93 ballots we are required to collect. Board Members and their positions were confirmed at the Organizational Meeting directly following the Annual Meeting. Please recognize our 2025 Board Members below.

Last year sure flew by and it’s hard to believe we’re in 2025! Please make sure to recognize the increase in monthly fees. The increase began January 1, 2025.  If you mail a check please make sure to indicate your15 digit account number on the check so it is applied correctly and mail it directly to our lockbox.
